āļø Hamilton Underground (coffee shop) is now open
The coffee shop on West 148th/St Nicholas is now open and itās fantastic.

š Update on the Garage/Lounge
I would have loved for this to have happened this year. But it wonāt.
I was partnering with GMC & Paddock on this build. It became clear that GMC doesnāt want to deal with motorcycles (why put up with asshats on bikes when they can just fill those spaces with cars?) and so ended up pricing the space far out of reach.
The simple outcome of this is simply that garage owners in the city hate bikes and thatās exactly why we have such a hard time finding garages we can park in.
Iād still love to do something in Manhattan/Harlem and am keeping my eye open for buildings. To do it right though, Iāll need an investor. Know one? Are you one? Hit me up and we can talk. Iāve got the audience & financial model; just need a building.

Give it a shot with a 7 day free trial:
Or if youāre the non-committal type, buy me a cup of āļø coffee. Honestly though, Iād probably just spend it on a pair of gloves.
